- Our interior decorating base rate starts at $150* per room. Additional rates and fees will vary depending on room size and room type (bedroom, bath, kitchen, etc).
- We offer a 10% staging fee discount per room to veterans, active duty military and their immediate families.
- We stage residential real-estate for sale. Fees begin at 1% sale price and will vary based on staged room count.
